Scholars stack up victories in Louisiana spelling bee and art fair competition
Congratulations to our middle and upper school scholars who participated in an academic fair hosted at Louisiana College in March by the Association of Christian Educators in Louisiana. One scholar placed first, and another placed third in the spelling bee competition. Five scholars also entered their art and pottery in the art fair and received superior, excellent, and good ratings for their original works.

Patrons and families rally to fund new basketball court and concrete pad
We raised the money to build a new basketball court and concrete pad for recess through the generous donations of our patrons and HTA families. The scholars wrote their names in the concrete to celebrate the new addition to the school.

Head of School lectures on Council of Ephesus and Eucharist at Ave Maria University
Head of School, Tyler Pellegrin delivered a lecture at Ave Maria University, titled, “The Council of Ephesus Implies Real Presence: The Communication of Idioms and the Eucharist.” Presented at “Thomas Aquinas and the Eucharist: Pathways to Revival.” Ave Maria University, Ave Maria, February 1-3, 2024.
First Advent Concert shows a night of artistry and celebration
Scholars performed their first Advent Concert for over 80 guests. The highlight of the concert was the upper school scholars performing Sanctus by Greg Gilpin. We celebrated this inaugural event with a feast in our newest building on campus, St. John Paul II Family Center. It was truly an event to remember.
Playground completed thanks to dedicated volunteers
